Cancellation before dispatch
- Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting MoonAir customer care with the order number.
- If accepted, MoonAir will initiate refund to the original payment method through the payment gateway.
- Orders already packed, dispatched or handed to delivery partners may follow return/refund evaluation instead.
Failed or duplicate payment
- If payment fails but money is debited, the payment gateway/bank usually reverses it automatically.
- Duplicate captured payments for the same order will be reviewed and refunded to the original payment method.
- Customers should share order ID, payment ID and bank/payment screenshot if support investigation is required.
Damaged, wrong or unavailable product
- Report damage/wrong delivery with photos/video immediately after delivery and before use where possible.
- If MoonAir cannot fulfil due to inventory/serviceability issue, MoonAir may cancel and refund the order.
- Refund approval depends on product condition, delivery status, proof submitted and applicable law.
Refund timeline
- Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment gateway/bank route.
- Bank/payment-provider settlement timelines may vary after MoonAir initiates the refund.
- Any convenience/finance charges are handled as per payment/finance provider terms.
