Service Warranty of MoonAir

Televisions

  1. Proof of purchase is a prerequisite to claim warranty.
  2. Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company’s Service Center (Refer the list) or its Authorized Service Center or its Dealer’s Service Center.
  3. For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the authorized service Center/company’s service Center/authorized dealer’s service Center, all expenses incurred in collection the unit or part/s thereof from the company’s service Center/authorized service Center/authorized dealer’s service Center, as well as expenses incurred in connection with deputing of service personnel/ technicians towards to and fro travel, conveyance and other incidentals etc. will be borne by the customer.
  4. In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
  5. The company or its authorized service Center/ service dealer, reserves the right to retain any part/s or component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
  6. Warranty for the unexpired period shall continue after the product is inspected by the concerned service Center and the product is found free from transit damage. The customer shall have to pay a visiting charge towards inspection, as applicable. 6c. In case of any transit damage, the product shall be repaired by the concerned service Center on charges and warranty for an unexpired period to continue.
  7. Free Installation or Demo is available for SELECTED TV MODELS and the same can be availed only once and within 6 months from date of purchase. For some TV models, installation might be chargeable and details with respect to the same can be checked from MoonAir Service Center / Call Center.
  8. The company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of part/s only. The maximum claim /s if entertained by the company will be subject to the maximum retail price of the product purchased or the purchase price, whichever is lower.
  9. In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the company’s prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.
  10. In case of a defective accessory, only the accessory will be repaired or replaced.
  11. All disputes arising out of this warranty are subject to Ghaziabad  jurisdiction only.
  12. The company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s, which are found to be defective.
  13. The concerned Service Center will advise the customer whether to effect the repair at site or its Service Center.
  14. In the event of the company offering EXTENDED WARRANTY period for any specific product / period, it is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER to get the warranty card duly registered with the nearest Authorized Service Center of the company within 2 weeks of purchasing under such an offer, at the purchaser’s cost and risk only.
  15. Any part/s of the system replaced by the company at its discretion shall be with a functionally operative part.
  16. Applicable Service charges may be different for products purchased out side India ( Other than India ).
  17. While carrying out repair, MoonAir may use accessories or parts that are new or refurbished or reconditioned.

Not applicable

Televisions 

  1. Repair due to misuse/third party repair attempts are not covered in warranty.
  2. Warranty does not cover repair due to external factors/medium/data types.
  3. If the product is not used as per its usage specifications(example: Personal, Commercial etc.)
  4. If the product has failed under certain conditions/types(example: Waterlogging, Misuse etc.)
  5. The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the machine or cabinet.
  6. Defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to service Center or purchaser’s residence.
