Return policy of MoonAir

        Products purchased on Moonair.in can be returned under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Product Received.
  2. Product delivered is different than described on website 
  3. Technical faults in the product delivered.

Damaged Product Received or Product delivered not as per order/described on our website Consumer Electronics and Home appliancesPlease open the packaging only in the presence of the Moonair installation Engineer. Installation request can be raised by contacting 9899116592 or through moonair.in/service-request-register In order to be eligible for damaged/missing/product not as described claims, the installation must be done by Moonairengineer within 72 hours of product delivery.In case of any damage/mismatch, initiate a request within 48 hours of product installation from your Moonair.in orders section describing the issue and upload supporting images of the product and service engineer report (Clearly mentioning the issue). Photos should clearly show the Model name, Serial number, Moonair Box and Outer packaging of the product. Also ask the technician to re-pack the product after required photos are clickedUnboxing of product in the absence of installation representative or without consent of Moonair will result in refusal of claims for damaged product. Also product damage/defect claims will be not accepted if you start using the product.Your claim will be approved subject to its authenticity within 7 days. Upon confirmation of claim approval by Moonair, keep the product ready for return pickup. Please return the product in its original condition with packing and all the accessories included.Order’s refund will be processed after successful reverse pick up.
Technical Defect in the product Consumer Electronics and Household appliancesPlease open the packaging only in the presence of the Moonairinstallation Engineer. Installation request can be raised by contacting 9899116592 or through moonair.in/service-request-registerIn order to be eligible for defective product claims, the installation must be done by a Moonair service center engineer.In case of such product performance issues, initiate a request within 28 days of invoicing from your Moonair.in  orders section describing the issue and upload supporting images of the product and service engineer report (Clearly mentioning the issue). Photos should clearly show the Model name, Serial number, Moonair Box and Outer packaging of the product. Also ask the technician to re-pack the product after required photos are clickedA Moonair Service Center representative will be assigned to your case and will further assist you with product repairs.

Order Cancellation Policy 

If an order is eligible for cancellation, a ‘cancel order’ button will appear until the product is delivered to your home.

You will be notified via Email/call/whatsapp/sms regarding status of your order cancellation request, you can also track the status on Moonair.in/orders

Issue Description Policy
Order Cancellation If an order is eligible for cancellation, a ‘cancel order’ button will appear until the product is delivered to your home. You will be notified via Email/call/whatsapp/sms regarding status of your order cancellation request, you can also track the status on Moonair.in/ordersCustomers should contact their issuer bank if the order canceled was placed on EMI. Any interest or Closure fees assessed on EMI cancellation will not be borne by Moonair.Any new transaction will be subject to applicable terms and conditions and offers running at that time.In a rare case if a order applied for cancellation is still delivered, you can raise a return request within 24 hours at Orders Return will be taken only if product is not opened and not used and with the Brand Seal intact. It may take up to 7-10 days for refund credit to reflect into your account after the refund is initiated by Moonair

After a successful cancellation/return of order a refund will be processed within 7 – 10 business days into the original payment method used while the ordering, the company may use any other ways to initiate the refund if required. 

Shipping and handling fees of returned item is paid by seller if the return is due to the seller error (defective item/incorrect delivery).
